This proves that either Litt really doesn't
understand PZN's structure (never read proxy), or Bob Crants
doesn't understand the new legislation. Bob said that
overall PZN supports the legislation. Coupled with
NAREIT's published comments, I'm guessing the former is
the case. JMHO.
