    A simple and elegant solution

the gramatical errors. It's getting late. Bottom
line, all real estate can lose liquidity if no one in
the market wants it. Just ask people who invested in
good companies like AHR and TMA. Their investments are
very sound (TMA's portfolio includes Fannie Mae and
    >80% AA or better grade mortages). They got creamed
more than we have since last fall when one of their
bretheren Reits couldn't sell their assets to raise cash
because the market went temporarily haywire and liquidity
for even AAA mortages dried up. They are still paying
the price of selling assets at huge losses to raise
emergency in the event that it was needed (it wasn't - as
liquidity eventually returned). Part of the rules of real
    estate.
