    You've got more moves

than a $5 a night stripper in the Cowboy Room.
Let's see now.... your latest twist on reality is that
    you're too smart to say
"yes" to Doc for a loan, but
so dumb that you bought his stock at $13? Man, you
really are a fraud. Hell, your whole existence here is a
fraud, so why should your latest POS post be
    different?

Now the real possibility here is that you are f**king
with the old Nicster. Nobody could be as dumb as
you've been in your last 3 posts. I mean you've turned
around more than a whore at a 4-way stop.
    Why don't
you just 'fess up' here, and at least pretend that
you're joking instead of just a dumb shill for your
    sponsors?

tx23, you been uncovered. Thing that's probably hard to
    take is that your own
    inability to stick to your
message is the thing that 'done you in.' Now once again,
you sure aren't worth the effort. You've ceased to be
fun. I think I've extracted all the info from you
    that's needed to
show all here how fraudulent your
existence is. You have now become irrelevant. So whine,
piss, moan, call names, whatever turns your
    crank.
    Won't change a thing. Tweedledum, Tweedledumber. You've
    been both here.
And both fit. Again, I think your
handlers will be counseling with you
    tomorrow about
    your 'lost weekend.'

    You've given more credence
to the fact that your sponsors' campaign is a fraud
than any of your fellow fakes.

    With respect to
your last comment, I don't pretend to be in Crants'
    financial orbit--
probably a good idea for you to follow
suit. In fact though, most of my 'tock'
    picks are
    winners---'stock' picks too.
As this one will soon be. Come to
think of it, I am flush enough to loan you a few bucks
to average out. Tell you what:
    publish your name,
balance sheet, and last 3 years tax return here, and
    we'll see.

But not tonight. Tonight the old
Nicster's gonna rest easy, his PZN 'tock'
    a great source
    of comfort. Tomorrow?
    Tomorrow, he'll buy all he
    can of the
poor 'widders and orphans' 'tock' that
    you
and your fellow-flamers might have scared them into
selling. So if I were a sicko like you, I'd probably thank
    you. But I don't.

    So make up another
'twist-and-spin' to your stories, piss and moan some more about
what a 'he-man banker' you are, or
    just 'spew'
    some. You're history anyway.

    • Hey Nic,

      Have you loss your mind.
Texbanker and I have only discussed the drop in stock price
from $41 to the current $11 due to the wonderful
management team that is in place. You seem to place the
blame of this debacle on us instead of where it should
be DOC and Baby DOC. I don't care if you are
paranoid that everyone bashing management is in an union
or not. It would seem to me that if you own any
stock (maybe you really don't) you would be mad
      MANAGEMENT too.

I do know that management has pissed
off the banks (first union and nations) and the
brokerage houses which is not a smart thing to do if you
are a REIT and need capital to grow.
