    Statistical trivia re: ADV

    I'm so stupid! Here I've been dreaming of a
    PZN/OPCO merger, when the obvious answer is the "elegant"
    HOT structure. You know, putting the REIT under the C
    as a subsidiary. But, dang, I just can't remember
    why it was elegant!
