a few of you here were debating the wisdom of a single tenant Reit. In addition to PZN, I'm into some healthcare Reits due to my belief there is potential growth and good dividends there since our society is greying. Anyway, talk about a single tenant Reit with a nightmare (or a tenant that failed to pay the rent). Just food for thought.
