While I appreciate your concern with my
well-being, you'll feel better knowing it's misplaced.
To address a few of your points - Am I really upset
with the company? Well, yes. It's trading at 9 3/4
with a 52 week range of 9-27. I guess you bought at 9.
Trying to scare people away? Management needs no help
from me in this regard. Doing a fine job without my
assistance.
"..stressful life...time on the computer...get a life...down
forever..." I retired at 37 and do exactly what I want 24/7.
Four healthy kids all in private schools. Beautiful
wife who makes $500k a year. I could go on but you
wouldn't believe it anyway.
"Associated with
lawsuits" No, I'm just a shareholder not even participating
in the suits. But you really scared me with that
sooooooo bad thing.
"Hold on" Many of us have, from
25 to 9.
"Speculative scare tactics" Would
you be referring to today's post 7632 where I say
that I've maintained my position and reinvested my
dividends because I find the macro environment so positive
and I think we can become successful despite our REIT
status if we can get the occupancy numbers
up?
"Even if you only get preferred stock at year end, your
(sic) still getting the 18% plus dividend" You must
have special shareholder status because the rest of us
are receiving a tax liability along with our
distribution.
