    PZN : quarterly

I agree that Dreman is coming on-line with PZN at
a low stock price and who knows what is sell price
    could be.....nevertheless, what I know about Dreman's
investing strategy he usually holds over the long
term....my point is this: Dreman recommended this stock
approx. 2 months ago....it would seem to me that he would
have explored questions with regard to how the special
dividend is going to be paid, liquidity concerns, and
other questions of uncertainty that have been cited on
this message board...he looked into these matters and
still decided to invest in PZN....I see this as a very
positive sign.....I believe that once PZN works through
how to pay the special dividend, secures its REIT
status with the IRS, and opens its new facilities next
summer, then a lot of uncertainty will be eliminated and
investors will begin to feel more confident in PZN's
prospects...should they secure contracts with the BOP then that
would be a great bonus for us investors....... (and I
think the uncertainty of all of this is making a lot of
investors very nervous)......I realize that their are a lot
of "ifs" in this situation but I feel that these
matters will be cleared up and dealt with in a
satisfactory way that will ultimately benefit the
investor....and I feel that Dreman believes the same as well or
he wouldn't have gone on public record to recommend
PZN and he wouldn't have taken such a large position
    ($$$) in PZN.....EOM
