Interesting enough, they say de-RIETing would not result in a materially higher valuation for PZN given the loss already incurred by Opco.
Occupancy 93%. Rev/day margins all time high of $14.31 (from CC).
The more I read reports the more I realize we're near a bottom IMO(do I darn say it). ONe think about distressd situations is there is usually plenty of time to get back in once the momentum shifts which I think will be next spring. I going to wait for the news. etc. and see how things look after the quiet down. I'll leave the first 10-20% on the table if need be.
IR.<< likely to hear results of SI negotiation and dividend by end of week>>..Good news the law suits have been consolidated..The general tone was positive, but not definative, as she has no way to knowing what the Board is doing. I suggested that we become PZN.com and have a weekly episode from one of the prisons. We could use one of the inmates and the sad story could be sent out over the internet and TV. At this point I will try anything to get them moving. Occupancy is improving with the cal. city prison as reported on this board.. This is the season...have faith..
