We should all have a party. I feel like I'm getting to know each and every one of you so well. I could share some of my self help books with you and we could chat over tea and biscuits. It would be so much fun. You guys are becoming like family to me. Misery loves company doesn't it?!!
I really appreciate the comments made by the people here. It has helped my ego to know even though I have gotten a king sized hole blown in my wallet, so have many intellegent people whom I have come to respect.
It is interesting to go back to the beginning of the year and read some of the posts. In general, the bullish cases are pretty well though out, and the bears' messages looked like something that should be written in crayon.
Funny how it turned out. I guess that is what makes life interesting.
I won't go so far as to say that no news is good news, and the masochist in me is prepared to compare the size of the hole in my wallet from PZN to anyone else's, BUT the bottom line is that PZN/OPCO have enough anticipated cash flow to support a stock price more than double today's price. As Ben Graham observed many years ago, the stock market is a voting machine in the short run, but a weighing machine in the long run. We all know how and why people have voted as they have on PZN. Still, PZN weighs what it weighs, and sooner or later, the market will say so.
You are right about a party. Some of us who have been holding for a few years are meeting Jan. 6 in Las Vegas at the Riviera Casino to try and win back some of what is lost. How about going Horseback riding?
Probably go down initially, as flipper has said. One very interesting thing I read from their press release - they are pursuing C corp immediately and plan a shareholder vote in Q1. In discussing this issue in regards to PZN, many of us had speculated that they couldn't pursue C corp without first obtaining shareholder approval. That would appear to not be an issue.
