I can't afford to buy 100 sh. of ITIC, much less 10,000. My postings are fiction--all of them. SMD, NTZ, ITIC, VNX,....--all fiction! You might be able to count on me to keep myself off the street if I have a good month, but not much else. Sorry to have to reveal this embarrassing fact. You may now put me on ignore.

I-15 is in California where I live. If you have to live under a bridge it is smart to live in a state with a warm climate.

I personally am looking to buy more HORT, a "special situation" based on potential land sales. Its balance sheet looks atrocious, but if the land sales go through, it could begin to look like a real business. But not nearly as solid as ITIC.
