You could sell into the shares at 41.07 and hope to trigger a landslide into the 30's, but I wouldn't advise it. I am going to conserve what little remaining cash I have to nuke the ask if it goes below 40 (assuming no news I dislike too much between now and then).
I think so. In 2002 and early 2003, I started loading up on this stock in the low 20s. Negativity about title insurance was extreme and widespread. Every article I could find assured me that the whole sector was dead money for the forseeable future. It's always something. And meanwhile the P/E net of liquid assets is something like 3.
If I could get my hands on even another hundred thousand bucks ... oh well.
