real reason: boredom
I don't really think that a share is worth so little that selling at 44.27--44.32 makes any sense, but I got lucky and bought them all back--and more--at 44. There will come a day when my IRA will rue having sold in this daytrader manner, when the price never comes back down to the price at which it has sold. Even if it has zero shares, I have a furtively great number of shares in other accounts.
