For safety, I recommend that you use a helicopter. Push the hundred-dollar bills out over the park. Be sure to write "To: Tsar; From: pmlljl" on each bill so that your deposit will be credited properly. Be sure to have sufficient altitude when you begin pushing the bills out, as you will have shut down the engine for a few moments to prevent the rotor from blowing the money around too much on its way down.
I think I will bundle the Benjamins in bales of about one thousand bills per bundle. That way they will not be disturbed so much by the turbulence caused by the helicopter rotors. The weight of a bale could be significant when falling from the helicopter though, so please watch the sky when you hear helicopters above.
