I understand that real estate prices in Las Vegas have come down quite a bit. I have looked at one condo on the internet in North Las vegas that is 1000 square feet and built in 2006 that is currently priced at $99,000.

Would you care to offer any information that you are aware of regarding regarding what is going on out there?

I may have to move out there when my lease expires at the end of April 2008. I would insist on living in a bear friendly neighborhood.
