It seems to me that the bear may be becoming hyper active. Do you think that you may need to take him to the vet for an evaluation? Perhaps the vet could prescribe the polar bear equivalent of the medication Ritalin.
We haven't heard from Astral for some time. Do you think he went into hibernation in the bear's den since the bear has abandoned it to become a day trader? I could use another arbitrage situation like CEG. Since I abandoned my day trader days and became a long-term investor, my fortunes have gone south. Oh well, easy come, easy go.
I've been doing a lot of reading, but nothing that really seems compelling since I got into COP at 52. Strangely weeks and weeks have passed without a 40% run-up. It's hard to get used to this kind of ultra-long-term (> 1 month) horizon.
The best prospect I'm betting on for now is if maybe Berkshire goes to 2500. I guess I would shovel all my cash into that. It could happen when Q2 results come out, who knows?
