Also not clear on how soon they might after to report. London reported on 4/8 their position as of 3/31 If you want to watch the filings, try here:http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/default.aspx?companyid=2191
Today's 8k indicates shares outstanding decreased by 126.5k. Maybe the company bought London Company's position. There were only 2 days with volume over 40k in the month, none over 50k. I would think they would have had to use an exchange.Details should be coming in 10q.
Yeah, I see what you mean. Thanks for the tip. Well I need to get my mind around all the latest numbers, but on that one point, buying shares at 31-32 sounds like it probably helps address my dividend concern.Sounds a little puzzling if they bought that large a position thru the exchanges in dribs and drabs, but better weird than not at all.
Interesting. I gotta get on those filings.Could be that's where all the selling volume's been coming from. I wonder what their thinking is. Just the "housing has another dip a-comin --> dead money" line, or something more specific?Trading-wise, if it's just one seller who's been so eager to make 100% sure they get 31 (not 35 or 38, oh no), the selling pressure let-up "should be" good for the price in the short term.
