We are (nearly) certainly referring to the same location. Would that be a suitable meeting place?

I have an idea for communicating securely via this message board a time of day to meet, in this way:
Suppose that the street address number of your place is 1234 and that we wish to establish 3:25 PM as the meeting time of day. Converting 3:25 PM to military-style time yields 15:25. Then drop the colon to get the number 1525. Since 1525 exceeds 1234 by 291, we could use the code "+291" to refer to a meeting time of 3:25 PM. A meeting time of 6:38 AM would be referred to by the code "-596" in this system, and 1:05 PM would be referred to by the code "+71".

Yes the Starbucks would be suitable. It would be very convenient for me.

I am not worried about security as much as you seem to be. We could use your system or you can just tell me what time you want to meet. I will do it either way. Or, I will give you my email address and you can just send me an email.
