Can he be sued?
His picks are not under-performing - and he says by charter he cannot be net short - surely he is day/swing trading with put options and getting is keister handed to him.
If he is violating the fund's charter - he belongs in jail.

You've always sounded like a reasonable investor/trader in the past but you're going off the deep end with these posts. Get a grip.
well he is not net short by notional value, I think that's what the charter says. Fully hedged with a staggered strike of course is essentially a short position though.
