40,000 shares offered at $2.30. (He only got rid of 10K of the original 50K block, took them off the market for a week, and has now, with recent market jitters apparently, decided to come back in with the $2.30 offer.)
Now 40K at $2.30....and 13K at $2.27 also being offered.
Or 40K seller is still there at $2.30 today.
