pass the popcorn, please!the trading/bidding/asking action is entertaining, but I'm a spectator until I get the $17.28-per-share buyout offer
yes cobr looks great
Yes, it looks great, and I ain't liftin' a finger to help the buyer on price--it'll take $17.28 to begin prying my fingers off the 87176 shares!
I'm happy settling for $10.00...Which has been my target +++They are a bit ahead of schedule, but that's better than the alternative...
Then you'll sell too cheap. Please explain to me why you would sell at a p/s ratio substantially less than 1--without mentioning your profit. The cost of your shares is completely irrelevant in valuing them.
Why $17.28, you may ask? That would value Cobra at a very plausible and reasonable multiple of approximately 1 times sales. Many companies sport much greater p/s ratios.
