Doing some more research, it is in fact possible (theoretically likely) for iplex to actually replace growth hormone and still get the effects of otherwise using growth hormone, however this is not insm's intention right now. This company is going to get bought out, the big money is in the market for people that are type I and type II diabetics and don't respond to insulin. This is a multi billion dollar market and iplex will not fund any of these clinical trials (except for treating infants currently in phase II) BIG PHARMA will when they buy us out! I think that the approval for iplex by the fda showed big pharma that this drug is a winner and was a pivotal point for the future of the company.

That's true. But I think any potential buyers will read the reports of diabetes phase II result before making decision. Do you know when will that phase II finalize? Thanks.
