Ok... had my ass HANDED TO ME on ETLY. I love to do DD and am usually religious. I bypassed my normal routine and jumped in selling Insmed at .98
I have held Insmed through thick and thin but did not feel that anything major on the positive side was going to happen.
So... turns out the Debt Holders had scammed the company legally. My bad and as I said... ASS KICKED! I lost 64% on ETLY.
I stumbled on another pink after doing some DD and made it all back plus an additional 5% (you can laugh but that 5% eases the pain).
Seeing Insmed get it's deficiency notice today gave me a sad moment for the dedicated longs. I will be back in Insmed before it is through. I still thouroughly believe in the cience behind the company, although I think the management is up to shenanighens somehow.
I did get to have lunch and then dinner with a very highly placed employee from Roche. Intertesting to say the least....
I am monitoring the board and one could say I am reluctantly observing..... best of luck and good strength to you all.
I hate to be slumming in the bio pinks but that is where the money is for me right now.
Hi RO,I don't get on the board very often but that does not mean I don't check it out often. I feel like a lot of others on here when it comes to Sharoky and BOD.I have called a few times but never once have they given me a straight answer to most of my questions. I do think something is up.Probably a sale of the company or sale of some assets. I think the Management should at the very least let us know that they have a plan and just where we stand on it. I have been here for about ten years now and have never sold a share of this stock.I will continue to buy when my funds will allow but there has to be some flow of information to me soon or I will find other places to put my money. I was told by the company that they only wanted the large investors and did not want to have individuals such as myself buy the stock. That is a pretty poor way to treat an invester no matter who they are large or small. I wish the BOD would lay it all out and let us decide what we need to do. Sorry for making a letter out of this but this is my opinion. Thanks for listening.

I disagree. There is plenty of money to be made in NASDAQ listed stocks and with MUCH LESS DOWNSIDE RISK.
When was the last time you heard of a CEO or CFO embezzling millions from a biotech? I can't think of one instance. The SEC reporting requirements are almost non-existent with pink sheet stocks and still very weak with OTC stocks.
I made great money recently on the NASDAQ (HYTM), NYSE (KV-A) and AMEX (YMI).
A friend recently viewed my watchlist which I told him was mainly for reference and historical purposes.
He got excited over the "cheap" EPIX.OB price of $.14 and bought, but ended up selling at just over a penny.
There are plenty of profit opportunities in the legitimate markets.
I absolutely agree with you. I just had a few hit and runs that hit...if I have to make some money fast, I can find it there on occaision....lest I not admit my shame... there was the one that also really missed. It was a rookie move.... I got cocky and paid the price.
EPIX.OB is an unprofitable stock with negative total equity of $100m !!!
OTC is not only speculative bubbles like this one. There are good stocks with fundamentals in OTC.
I have made 500% in 9 months from an OTC and it still has a P/E of 5 with growth y-o-y and new acquisitions, while it's keeping debt low. Next month according to all the official announcements will list on NASDAQ. (all the requirements are completed except the reverse split which will come with the approval).
No speculation, no p&d can be found in OTC too.
