Question.....is the law firm of Levi & Korsinsky going to be looking into Apple?? Saw this in the news yesterday.
"Former U.S. vice president Al Gore recently netted a huge payday by selling his cable station. Now, it appears he's making another big profit buying Apple's (AAPL) stock on the cheap.
Al GoreAccording to a filing with the Securities and Exchanges Commission, Gore -- a director on Apple's board -- exercised an option to purchase nearly 60,000 shares of the tech giant at the bargain basement price of $7.48, costing him a total of about $445,000.
But with Apple's current market price at about $500 a share, Gore's holdings are worth $29.75 million, giving him a huge windfall-on paper at least".
I hope they cart Sharoky off in handcuffs,if they do I`ll spring for some bubbly! Whatever happens if anything from these lawyer sleaze`s,it occurred before Lewis and longs shouldn`t be concerned,we won`t be affected for what might`ve taken place in the past.Maybe sharoky will have to answer for the merger, which I`m sure had some suspicious compensation.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I never trusted the shark. And as I recall the merger was shoved down investors throats. Can't remember all the details but as I recall INSM investors took the hit. While the newbies where rewarded. I will have to go back and read up on all the details. Thinking Lewis can and will handle things to be in the investors interest. This stock has had many issues with manipulation for a very long time and management to this point has not addressed it. That is one of my many concerns.
Are you a old shareholder?Did you approve the managements deal?the reverse split? the compensation.?
I posted this company appears to be a shell.Do you know what that is?
The case has merit
If you read further about this you will see that they are looking for someone to be a lead plaintiff in the investigation. These types of #$%$ law firms are trolls that begin so-called investigations hoping thee will be something there. They don't even have a plaintiff or SEC complaint. These firms are the worst of the legal profession..
Look up these ambulance chasers on the net. They have launched investigations into so many companies they don't have enough computer space to list them all. Shysters! If you throw enough #$%$ against the wall some may stick. Unreal.
