will we have a pr about this in the next seven days or hear about it at the earningS call or will we have to wait till Q2 earnings since this will be in Q2. time to get off the pot. been here a long timme waiting.

Premacure (now Shire plc) - In May 2012, we entered into an agreement with Premacure pursuant to which we granted to Premacure an exclusive, worldwide license to develop manufacture and commercialize IGF-1, with its natural binding protein, IGFBP-3, for the prevention and treatment of complications of preterm birth (the “Premacure License Agreement”). In March 2013, we amended the Premacure License Agreement to provide Premacure with the option, exercisable by Premacure any time prior to April 30, 2013, to pay us $11.5 million and assume any of our royalty obligations to other parties in exchange for a fully paid license. If Premacure exercises this option, we would not be entitled to future royalties from Premacure.

    • Exercising the $11.5 million option is peanuts for a short term investment in an international label copy clinical use which will evolve to $ 1 billion per year in 10 years.

I look for that (which will offset one quarters expenses as the CF/Pa and NTM clinicals progress to completion) as very influential for a SP uptick.

Then I look to hear about NTM and Dr. KN Olivier being at or near final enrollment with an abstract. That will be the big uptick to between $16 and $20. Then when the abstract, paper shows NTM can be treated successfully, the big jump occurs.

      We shall see.
