In response to your post, two replies suggested Drucker is milking the company. I disagree. She will probably close out the MMD lawsuit and has a good shot at closing out the Transave Merger lawsuit. The latter has a "1,765,271 holdback shares" indemnification. If you followed the suit, those shares will probably come back since both Transave and INSM shareholders voted to merge.
Did I hear correctly that this will be taken out of superlawyer Andrea Drucker's paycheck over the course of the next couple of years? $1MM for "review, accounting, and reporting of certain equity awards"?
"$1.0 million increase in professional fees related to the review, accounting and reporting of certain equity awards previously granted to employees and directors that, at the time of the grants, were in excess of annual per-person sub-limits included in the Company's 2000 Stock Incentive Plan. The Company also incurred an additional $0.3 million of non-cash stock compensation expense resulting from re-measuring at fair value these equity awards. "
