100 million dollars divided by 3 million shares equals:

33.33 dollars per share. Sure looks like there is strong preparation for stellar Phase 3 data to hit the wires possibly in advance of Russell 2000. I am not concerned about next week. The positioning for Russell reconstitution will continue and my estimate for prenegotiated target price is 15, although positive results will blow this figure to smitherines!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • I don't know where you get the $100M divided by 3M. The form S3 and form S8 are separate entities. S3 is the $100M shelf and the 3M shares are made available to fulfill their obligations to provide shares to various employees, like their new-hire. Get your facts straight.

    • I will have no doubts that phase 3 will be a success . in the 80's 90's I worked at major hospital in the Boston area where amikacin was prescribed to de delivered via inhalation, IV amikacin was delivered via nebulizer to patients with CF young and adults. only hope no patent delivery issue emerge not to put a drag on the stock.

      Sentiment: Buy

    • Another question, where are you getting the "100 million dollars" figure in the topic header from?

    • pianoman,
You do not think this will not any effect on the SP this week? I have been out of the country most of last week and hope to review the SEC filings later this afternoon. Management has stated they with have enough cash to last into early 2014, so this announcement should not be overly surpring (it was to me, initially).
