I asked that exact question to the company IR person and she said that they had no plans to do that.I`m sure they will let some shares go when we get to 50.00 or above,not before because confidence is high at INSMED.
Can't personally see any honest reason for the Company to issue more shares until much later this year.
Even at the top end of the cash burn guidance the Company will still go into the new year without breaking into the cash raised via the offer late last year.
The float is currently around 30 million shares. The most the tracker funds are likely to need is 7 million - and imo more likely not more than 3 million. It will simply be a case of the agents for the funds offering a slightly better than fair price, and they will have no problem whatsoever in finding enough sellers.
