In 2018 insmed can start selling iplex for short stach. They now have a someone making it. How hard would it be for them to reportion the IV for adults doses for burn vic. knee & hip pa. something like that would replace regular IV. at hosp. I have been in insmed before gen.tec battle and I remember all the hope for burn vic. and the talk about knee and hip surg. but with preiplex they are mixing it for babys why not adults.
Watch Premacure for milestones and buy Shire. They are the ones with the licenses and intent to manufacture. Not INSM. WL says he is looking to "outlicense" to additional people who want INSM IP. You have not heard the guy say once that he is interested in INSM ever getting back into Iplex for any clinical use.
Well, I assume the likely candidate for licensing would be Shire now. I suspect it will no be a $12 million one time payment but a revenue sharing agreement. Free money with no expenses isn't a bad thing at all.
