The extra money from the 6 million+ shares of stock is spoken for . . .
to get Arikace into a world market. I still look for the breakthrough therapy as being efficacious NTM treatment. The CF/Pa will be competitive with the other inhalationals.
But the next breakthrough is just sitting there screaming for a clinical trial. If you look at the ClinicalTrials website and search "inhalation AND antituberculosis drugs" . . . there is only one study of any significance. Thailand is performing a study on inhalational forms of the CDC recommended rotation of antituberculosis drugs. Those drugs should also be tried in INSM's IP liposome to see if the drugs "stick" in the fixed macrophages of the conducting airways and the alveolar macrophages. These are the sites where TB, not unlike NTM "set up housekeeping."
Thailand, China, Koria, these are all places where Bird flu is rampent but to think that China would respect our patent laws and realy pay us for any use of our drugs. they would just copy and use. and supply others with cheep nock off look alike just like a Coach Purse
