    so help me understand

current shareholders want the SEC to investigate the management of this company in an effort to protect value....im fairly certain the announcement of said investigation would absolutely hammer the pps...further, I would imagine that the folks in management are smart enough to have done things legally...if not, why own shares???
lastly, the topic of conversation lately surrounds one poster....if you folks would simply realize that they are best ignored...you simply cannot match the time they spend on this message board (yet in the past have called others, lifeless fools)...let them yammer, albeit alone

    • Pretty cookie-cutter situation when *analyst* start working over a stock. They get to play the obvious movement (up or down) created in the share price AND possibly get a piece of the possible dilution / financing instruments. Even better, they have the closest thing to a *crystal ball*. It's indeed offensive but par for the course with the Stock Market. Like it or leave it.
Our drug works which makes the financing charade tolerable, IMO.

    • Hubby - it's a wonder you have sufficient intelligence in your body to breath given that you're incapable of understanding the concern here.

The apparently inexplicable trading which took the share price from $14.30 to a post-Phase III success offering for less than $10 - despite no less than five analyst valuations significantly HIGHER than $14.30 combined with the automatic accumulation of millions of shares in June is surely something you should want to be investigated.

If nobody at the Company has been at fault, why should they not welcome an investigation also? How could it inconvenience them if the SEC has no evidence that anybody at Insmed was culpable?

And if the manipulators are called to account, wouldn't that be encouraging to potential investors?

But we both know the real reason for your post . As has so often been the case in the past, point-scoring is so important to you that share price manipulation pales to insignificance by comparison. You truly are a complete waste of space.

    • No my complaint pertains to manipulative trading practices by certain holders. The very last thing we need is an investigation into the company. I believe the most recent dilution was conducted according to an average trading pps which is to be expected. However I do question all the upgrades by partys involved with the latest offering /dilution. At 1st it appeared that FMR / Beacon Bioventures was selling into an orderly market, It no longer appears that way now.

    • It's not a matter of legal on illegal - it's allowing themselves and the rest of us to get fleeced by Wall Street. If there is a logic to this, they should make it apparent. The only thing I can think of is the investors believe that no really relevant info will be forthcoming for quite a while and they were unwilling to risk this so they demanded "protection" in the form of a lowball share price.

      Sentiment: Hold
