Yea,,I remember,,,the last time I should have sold...But this time it's different..I think Biotech
is the new sweet spot for investing, and INSM has a pretty savvy CEO, and he's looking to get
paid....I think the new facility is very telling...to all..including hegies, and analyst...There is no way
management would have gone to this new address, with all of it's upside inferences, if they didn't
have a real good feeling about what is coming..I would like to say read between the lines,,but
the writing is becoming too bold to miss......
If WL is so positive that the NTM results will be positive, why did he seek a major fund-raising dilution at $10 per share six months ago when there was plenty of cash to fund operations until the release of NTM Phase 2 data? This makes no financial sense to me unless something significant regarding the NTM trial has happened since this past July. Is this possible? I don't know.
What I do know is that I am now seriously considering selling a few thousand shares and a hedge against possible disappointing NTM test results. The MMD Phase 3 shock has left painful memories. Once burned, twice shy.
