The Recruiting Scheduler will provide assistance in all phases of the talent acquisition process.
◾Scheduling interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidates.
◾Prepare reports (recruiting, expense, etc.) as needed.
◾Assist with the generation of candidate correspondence (interview schedules, offer letters, etc.).
◾Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate parties promptly and efficiently.
◾Set up/maintain files and general correspondence.
◾Communicate professionally at all times, treating both internal and external stakeholders with respect.
◾Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all aspects of the Human Resources function.
◾Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
◾Bachelor's degree preferred.
◾A minimum year experience in administration and coordination experience is essential.
◾Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
◾Exceptional computer skills (MS Office) are necessary.
◾Strong customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
