    FMR LLC....

.....as of 3/31/14 owns 5,889,436 shares of Insmed stock. This is 14.9% of the shares. My understanding is that no institution can own more than 15% of the shares......is that correct?

I tried to paste FMR's entire holdings last week (but yahoo won't let me).
If you learned how to search the SEC's Edgar website you will find a bunch of funds (all at the same 245 Summer St., Boston address) which hold a total of 11.9M shares

Yes, 30% of Insmed all held by "FMR" in various disguises.
Wells Fargo are also guilty of owning more than they confess to.
If insmed dilute me again, it makes a nice audit trail for the lawyers.
there are newer 13F-HR's than the one you mention too.
