The Help Desk Associate is responsible for providing a high- level of customer service to internal customers. Provides technical support for PC (Windows) hardware and software, including diagnostic, repair, and installation services. Works cooperatively with all IT staff and the user community for problem resolution. Responsible for supporting standard and specialized desktop systems and learning and understanding standard and custom clinical applications for troubleshooting and support. This is a part-time position and will be located at our new facility in Bridgewater, NJ.
◾Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.Configure, maintain and troubleshoot mobile devices
◾Install computer peripherals for users.
◾Respond to email messages for employees seeking help.
◾Investigate problem(s) to determine root cause.
◾Maintain standard and custom desktop images and configurations.
◾Maintain inventory of IT assets
