    IVR reminds me of AGNC

Well Tamere, if you are in I'll let my losing Ap20calls be exercised into my account on Friday and wait for the recovery. My 20's cost me 1.88 so I'll be holding at 21.88. I would think to BE soon. We'll see......I've got to stop listening to Big B. I ff. Him into HTS and IVR...both good stocks ...just lousy timing.....I hate to hold any stock....

    • Not a bad plan, think you'll be able to collect a few divvies then sell at $23.

I didn't actually buy any IVR I re-entered TWO shares instead. I trust IVR's accounting and management's honesty, it's plan to become a securitizer someday just doesn't excite me. They dangle the prospect of leveraging Invesco's expertise to make money securitizing, but one of my fears is that they would need a huge market cap like CIM to play that game so they might want to do a lot of secondaries as they trasnform the business model. If they do transform it I might be interested, but I'd rather buy the butterfly than the caterpillar.

    • Doc, if you're still on this board check out the Jan 2010 $30 AGNC calls. I bought a 100 at 45 cents today, that expiration captures 3 exdiv dates so assuming $1.40 is paid each time they will almost certainly be better than 2x baggers sometime beween now and expiration. Ask is 60 cents, bid 40 cents, but someone might give you 45 cents.
