KFS Preferred Declares Dividend
Guess things aren't all that stressed at KFS. If they were, they would not be able to afford the continuation of dividends here. Since the Preferred is unsecured, not paying the dividend would not even send the company into default, ie they are paying it because they have to AND they can, not just because they have to... full disclosure I own KFS shares
