bought US home @492.000 $@1.22 to GBP 5 years later house valued at 725,000, $ at 1.81 to GBP
bought UK home for 195.000GBP gbp 1.29 to dollar 3 1/2 years later valued at 425,000GBP and $ @1.81 to GBP... it makes one heck of a difference in real life !
