Still has that legendary brand name that must be worth something. Has a nice collection of internet properties. Relatively cheap valuation compared to peers in the industry. Potential take over target from its larger peers to further consolidate mind share.

The "brand name" lost what remained of it's value and credibility when it became a "cheer leader" for the current administration - no matter what the issue was. Similar to Newsweek which went for $1 - AOL is not far from that.
