Employees are killing AOL
AOL seems impervious to the main reason subscribers are abandoning AOL. The service is rife with employees taking advantage of the company as phishers, spammers, and scammers. Especially the Finance page. And AOL has no mechanism to address subscriber's complaints. This is a huge issue, AOL needs to address going forward.
