  • You do see the insiders dumping day and night. Not the DB who advises that you buy!

Sad divy they are providing thats for sure.

Debbie cakes just sold 54K shares!! She keeps SELLING!

Your chumps for building large positios if the insiders are on a year long crusade to sell.

Buy below $35 more like it, see you at the DUMP and I will be there ready to buy.

      • For the novice investor a look at the insider transactions brings a frown to the face and a cry of THE SKY IS FALLING.A investor needs to know the difference between direct and indirect sales( very often deals with bonus or employee stock plan). Disposition sale has tax advantages for the employee and is very common. We all know what a stock option is and what a automatic sale is as well. The people that are running VTR have wants and needs just like everybody else but probably more expensive then the average investor. They buy homes, purchase cars go on trips etc.--as you know bonus time can dwarf a salary. Deb has over 700,000 shares of VTR-- she's not allowed to cash in 10 to 15%???-- she should keep the shares so her investors can worry about something else??Relax-- all is fine with VTR-the mutual funds keep increasing their ownership of this stock and I tend to think that they have a better insight then the average investor.
