Buyback is a BIG DEAL, 1 mil shares is 5% of the float. The float is about 20 mil shares. 35mil shares are outstanding. The 35mil does not change, but the float decreases by 1 mil. DO THE MATH!!! A 5% reduction in float is VERY significant!
is mostly psychological. They are only authorized not obligated to buy back any shares. This stock frequently trades a million and a half shares a day, so even with NASDAQ double-counting, a purchase of 1 million shares, which would presumably be spread over a period of months is not going to have dramatic effect.
This stock is way oversold and represents solid value at least as long as MKTW holds up.

Net insider buy/sell transactions: The number of buy transactions minus the number of sell transactions. This number will usually be negative. Insider selling is more common, and insider buying is more significant. Higher negative numbers indicate possible accelerated distribution.
Insider trade size ratio: Ratio of the average size of transactions for the period, to the historical average insider transaction size. For example, if the average transaction size has been 10,000 historically and 15,000 during the indicated period, the ratio would be 1.5.
low priced options. You say no! just wait and see the SEC reports of all the filing by the insiders. We will probably close near if not below yesterday's closing price. The reaction did not cause a very strong move in the stock. It did not trade even above 10! MHO
Well if DBCC said they were selling 1 Million shares, would you say the same thing? This may not be huge, but it sure is better news for the longs. Sorry you are on the wrong side on this stock today. You have had your fun over the last 2 months.
