Remembeer we sell our light sweet oil into the gulf coast pricing market. Producing almost 10000 barrels a day of oil now, that's 416 million in rev just from the oil assets.
It's going to be a recovery years for PVA back to the mid teens by year end.
dont waste you time Shorty. Best well yet today, 1800 barrels a day. And not discouraging and weak, only if you bought at $30 but at 5-6$ a steal just like BBEP at $2 2 years ago or MHR at .50cent.
Joel as a sign of good faith here's the next well results
Munson 6h ip'd at 1717 barrel of oil plus 543 mcf of gas totaling over 1800 boe a day!!!!
over 800 ft of pay!
Friends pal? Happy new year
Hope they mention the new well in today's presentation.
Don't even waste your time, as the stock price tells you the whole story and the story so far is that this company is doing terrible. Oil over 100 and Dow almost all time high and here we are at almost all time low as far as the stock price goes. Just extremely weak and discouraging.
Where did you see 10,000 barrels of oil a day? I would love it if it were true.
No offense Joel but you need to do a little simply research:
From company website
grew oil/NGL production from 2,461 Bbls/day in 2Q10 to 7,057 Bbls/day in 3Q11 (+187%)
From http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us
pva operator number 651780
If you count they added 17 EFS well on production in q4 average ip 1000bpd, average 30 day 625 barrels a day. say the new well are at 400 bod average thats still adding 6800 barrels a day.
So with declines over the last 3 months and new production 10000 barrels a day of liquids, oil is pretty reasonable exit rate of 2011.
