    • Normal volatility for a hot sector. What's that?
You'd like to see more of that heat send WAT's price
higher. Well the most recent TA on WAT suggests that will
be happening shortly, but I'm sure you want
something more than TA and bullish comments so try this.
WAT is 88% owned by institutions, FMR is the lead
institution(ask me about FMR if you're not familar with them),
their tech is used in meeting FDA and EPA requirements,
research value of their tech in identifing proteins on
genomes is invaluable and institutional buying of WAT
increased this week(not only based on Thomson I-Watch).

Hang in there, I've been through this before with
investment in what you might call "behind the scenes" tech.

Hope this helped a little, but you better thicken your
skin for your adventure in biotech. Later on you don't
want to get "shaken out" till you've atleast made some
real money here. It's that kind of play. Long
      Good luck.
BTW, the p/e is low for a
growth stock which is what WAT has become.

    • smaller PE MOCO very undervalued

    • I must say, I am a little nervous on this still.
I guess I havn't been in long enough. But these
moves of 6-8 dollars both up and down, with no news
availible anywhere have mee a little uneasy. Tell me
something reassuring. is this stock overvalued at a 44

    • My last post refered to a link that is updated daily, so 2/22/00 did indicate institutional accumulation though today's reading does not. At least not yet.

    • I'm aware of the flaws with Thomson I-Watch's
method of recording buy/sell interest, so with a grain
of salt in use I still see accumulation here.
      Long WAT
      PS:Tx NOAKE.

    • Thanks for your informative posts.
      I am a
shareholder and also one who asks why. I bought last week
after doing a semi-thorough job of DD. I am admitadly
much more familiar with the technology sector than
anything bio-related. I saw this as a relatively
conservative way to play an absolutely smoking sector. I have
also been trying to stir up some action on these
boards since they have been relatively quiet. Thanks
again for your informative posts and I will look to
contribute when able. For know I will sit back and watch.
And hopefully have to wade through less spam!. Thanks

    • Hi!Could you please provide the link to Wachovia raising WAT's price target:Thank you!

    • Does anyone have any idea? Nothing in the news,
relatively thin volume (comparably speaking). And no one on
any message board is talking. Could there be
something in the pipelines? Obviously someone knows
something. I guess I will just hold and watch. Sure wish
some of the shareholders would come out of the
      woodwork though.
