Some articles say 1000, some say "thousands". Does anybody know the real number? Also, why was this case settled in arbitration rather than going through the whole lengthy legal precess? What was CECO thinking? If there are 1000 lawsuits and all settle for the same $217,000, this would result in a total settlement of $217,000,000! Does this seem possible or is the concept totally wrong? Obviously, clarification from the company is needed.
