Has anybody wondered why this company hasn't been brought private? With an EV of 15M, and a Market Cap if 27M, and zero debt, seems that it would be a candidate for takeover.
There are incompetent #$%$ running the company, like Andrew Saul. He doesn't know his #$%$ from his elbow.
Hence, my suggestion for going private. Can anybody give any probabilities? Or is retail just saturated with different players?
