So much for that fair value topic at $51.00

lol...I scratch my head wondering if they know anything about the SEC-IRS rules for reporting reserves...It literly has nothing to do with how much oil in in ground and recoverable..It depends totally on their definition of proved reserves...Under the old rules back to 1978 it had to be highly likely..in-other-words, it would be a cold day in hell if the reserves ever had to be revised downward...I leave looking the details up to you all...rules change slightly in 2009-2010.... but mostly the same...There is a five year rule now also....Ya can only claim reserves that you put into production with-in five years.....Again what's in the 10K and 10Q's are not the entire story on the amount of reserves available....One reason why companies reagularly increase reserves from the same field even after they have produced that field for years....

    • That is what I thought when they sold this stock off from120 to below 70. I just held knowing I would continue getting giant dividends. So not at mid 90's I have actually sold some but onlly half. I always thought this stock would be back to mid90's or higher w/time. Never follow the herd! Never
