    All I can say is....

YEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW! Price is moving right direction. Hopefully, there can be a spinoff of the data division.

    • A spinoff would be a good “core competencies” move, but the #$%$ of New Core is over. A great many foolish decisions by seemingly very foolish old men and I think we can all take comfort in the thought that “that will never happen again!” I am sure Fiserv would buy what is left of the data center. If it makes money there is no real reason to let it go. The bank would become just another customer and that won’t work well for them. I have seen nothing about the sale of the software at issue.

      • The margin appears too thin. A sale (spinoff was mis-speak) would add "two-in-the-hand" capital, thus improve valuation.

      • Yes, I don't think that there is going to be ANY spinoff. The data division, may or may not be making money....Even if they are making $, it is too small an outfit to be publicly traded. Filing fees & reporting costs would eat any profits that they MAY make.

As to the software, while it may have SOME value....I would put that value almost at a "de minis" value...Maybe a few pennies a share under OPTIMISTIC conditions...

        There won't be any spinoff.

Almost forgot, I hope everybody associated with the debacle has been FIRED. I'll have to ask that at the next conference call. A lot of punishment needs to be handed out over that...

I think a dividend better be coming soon.

Declare a dividend, and a healthy one at that...and lets get this thing growing and solidly over $10/share...

        Any thoughts?

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
