Tender offer - Bagholders get it up the PoopShoot (AGAIN)
“The Offer provides shareholders (particularly those who, because of the size of their shareholdings, might not be able to sell their Shares without potential disruption to the Share price) with an opportunity to obtain liquidity with respect to all or a portion of their Shares without potential disruption to the Share price.”
Interpretation: Larger holders get a full/partial exit at a 30% premium over the market price when the tender offer was announced; Retail bagholders are stuck with whatever Mr.Market offers them and that will be back to sub-a-buck shortly.
When the tax loss selling season sets in, it will really get 'uckin Fuggggggggggly! (ROFL!)
