    Am I missing something?

Anyone could have bought the share for about 1.00 prior to December 31st and tendered his shares for 1.20, in effect making a nice 20% gain in few days. However, the price remained around 1.00, closing December 31st @ 1.02. Yet, on January 02nd, when you would expect the price to move down following the closure of the tender, the price jumps 12% to close @ 1.15.

Can someone explain this? Flip, Shadow.

Your entire premise is fatally flawed, as the company is only buying a small portion (25MM shares) of the total outstandings.

A buyer could NOT have added shares at USD 1.00 and be GUARANTEED a USD 0.20 profit by immediately flipping the shares to the company.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell
