    Into the ground?

The posters who predicted an over subscription to the offer were certainly right, about 40 percent under the $30M limit which is apparently being adhered to, chump change really in context of the cash they are sitting on. On top of that here comes the R/S. The facts fit more than one scenario, don't they. They are taking it private. The insiders know what we do not, and we are on the cusp of astonishing growth. Or, the insiders are just trying to keep the company going as long as possible because of the outrageous ongoing payouts/bonuses/subscription rights to directors and managers of a company that has a solid record of underperformance for its shareholders. Take your choice about what is going on, but you might want to take a look at the history of how it has all been run into the ground, before you decide. Just my humble opinion.

    • This could be interesting. The market in general is poised to rise and may buoy UTSI as well,
which could mask what otherwise would be a tendency for the price to float down after the
share offering episode. Maybe one way to tell is if not much happens within that balancing act
i.e. the price does not show much momentum. I don't see anything at all to raise it decisively,
but maybe one of insiders that post here can donate another heartfelt and lengthly analysis on
how it is we are about to become rich.....and for once be right.

Looks like that may be the case, a downward trend being somewhat offset by the market in general. In other words, still don't see anything to raise it, and the pressure is downward.
